Cliff and his team really are fantastic. I made a pretty major industry pivot moving from education into tech and had virtually no clue how to position myself. I was a resume coach in my grad program, but the world has changed. In the one hour interview Cliff brought out a clear picture of my accumulated skills and knowledge and the resume he delivered was better than I could have ever written. He understands not just the process of careers, he really gets people.
With his help I got interviews at 2/3 of my submissions and recently accepted a position in tech that offers me a whole new set of great challenges.

Cliff is great at what he does. He had lightning fast turnaround for a top-notch resume geared towards my interests.
